Know Thyself
My friend and colleague HiC forwarded a link to T. Thorn Coyle's blog entry regarding what's going on in Egypt, and what we can learn from it.
Governance. Sovereignty. Order and opportunity. It all begins with the self. Self-mastery is not easy, but there is no more worthwhile endeavor.
Let's not waste the gift that the Egyptian people are offering us: An opportunity to embrace self-change and bring our best to the world. As we hold space for them and their aspirations, may we also hold space for one-another's, and our own.
And remember - the greatest gift you can give to the world is the gift of your own enlightenment.
